The staff went out of their way to help us out. We wanted to watch a specific basketball game, so we called ahead to see if they had that particular network that the game would be on. The staff member checked and made sure that was the case. We asked for a recommendation on a pizza location. She again came through. She greeted me by name when I checked in. Excellent service in Payson.

The staff members were very respectful, and the environment was clean. They provided us with room options upon arrival. The breakfast was well stocked, and the bedding was very comfortable.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was hot and delicious. They had a little bit of everything to pick from.

Is so close to everything. I also like that there is a restaurant within walking distance with really good food.

Breakfast was pretty good… Loved the pool, a little chilly…. Appreciated getting a ground floor room and being allowed to check in early!!! 6 yr old grandson loved everything!!!

The pool was absolutely wonderful and got to spend time with my daughter after 9 years wished it never had to end cried all the way home

Cozy beds, quiet, breakfast was well, indoor pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. Good location. Great water pressure and clean.

I love that they allow debit, prepay, cash deposit, most places require major credit cards or banking for liability, which I live from paycheck to paycheck I ain't got credit really and don't use major bank branches, so alot of our favorite places to stay hotels ECT have new policies, even though we have stayed and we're loyal costumers they turned us away cause card was prepay same card I always used before. Kind of felt like I have to have assets to stay now, here I booked my room and had no promblem at check in paying with my card, you don't have to be wealthy to stay here but get to enjoy on some simply luxuries. Needless to say I felt welcome regardless of my current status, or money situation. Husband and I were about to take granddaughter and son there for a family outing, without drama, in a secure quiet and relaxing environment, with a night swim entire pool to ourselves. Memorable stay💕👍

It was clean and comfortable. It was also more modern and well-kept appearing than some of the other hotels/motels in town that charge the same or more. Bkfst is enough to get you going until lunch, and the morning staff is cheerful.
